WE WON!  WE ARE NOW IN COURT AGAINST THE SKY LAS VEGAS!!!!

We have just been advised that A LAWSUIT has been filed against the SKY LAS VEGAS !  We just found out that an owner of 2 UNITS in Sky Las Vegas, who live in California, have retained Attorney Yvette R. Freedman of John Lee Limited out of Nevada and suit was filed! The Case is annotated as Case No.:  A-09-599065-C  Burunsuzyan v. Sky Las Vegas Condominium Owners Association.  We are seeking CLASS ACTION STATUS on this matter and are going to ask the court to issue what is called a PRE-JUDGMENT WRIT OF ATTACHMENT , Against the property, due to the perilous financial situation of Sky Las Vegas, and the potential for a multi -million dollar verdict.  This means that the Honorable Court will issue an order of judgment PRIOR TO TRIAL against every single member of the Association AND THEIR AGENTS. This is being done to compel Aaron Yashouafar, the president of the Sky Las Vegas Homeowners Association , to pay the Court ordered judgment when rendered and will protect the plaintiff against the filing of a bankruptcy. This will indeed effect all residents and owners of the sky.  We also understand that the Court will be asked to appoint an interim  trustee to manage the property due to the past illegal conduct of Yashouafar around the nation.  This will automatically usurp all contracts, including but not limited to the management contract with Prescott Management, thus immediately terminating the services of The Property Manager Christine A. Gibbs.

We salute the plaintiffs in this matter and can guarantee you that this will be a national media matter!

So, Let's get this right, When the owner has a dispute with the HOA in Nevada and refuses to pay in order to maintain his rights, the HOA can then turn this into a tenant problem and refuse the tenant services, in order to compel the disputed amount to be paid....  What will the Courts say?  Stay Tuned....

We are very quickly compiling an email list of all of the owners and residents at the Sky Las Vegas.  We appreciate the support of the US Banking Community, as you are taking the time to provide us with your information on the Units that you own.


We thank you for drawing the line in the sand that is clearly having an effect on sales at Sky Las Vegas, by saying that you WILL NOT LOAN MONEY on the units. In other words you, as an institution do not condone the illegal corruption of M. Aaron Yashouafar ( See blog)  That is the key to our quest.


Keep sending your information to us and remember, there is a $100.00 reward for a full copy (With Headers) of the email from Christine A Gibbs that instructs the workers at the property to deny services to a single class of residents.
