The Sky 45 story tower is designed by the award winning firm of Klai Juba architecture, responsible for the Luxor expansion, Mandalay Bay resort, the Four Seasons and the Orleans expansion to name a few. "Sky Las Vegas is being designed as a sleek, ultra-modern and contemporary building set in an urban environment," said John Wald of Klai Juba. "Sky Las Vegas will feature an abundance of blue glass and clean, vertical lines."

Sky Las Vegas is located just minutes from McCarran international airport, world class shopping, golfing and dining. Condos range in size from 800 square feet for a one bedroom up to 5,000 square feet for three-story SkySuite complete with private elevator, rooftop patio with a garden and jacuzzi.
