No Response Yet???????????????? Mr. Michael Schulman To Be Disbarred? BJ Martens Replies and is Appointed National Spokesman.. Pushes Conflict into national arena!
RE: [SCBuzz] BJ, question cont
Eileen,
You have credentials. You have an understanding of HOAs. You are a threat. The Bjonerud Chat line can’t deal with the truth. Don, Robey and YOU. We have studied the problem. Passmonic and Silver they bring up to many questions. Hell, I don’t know how many he has bounced. I guess Bob Hall has been banned also. I really don’t know. But, you will note that when the KING is threatened all telephone, wi-fi, internet, connections are cut buy the KING. Cut the communications. First rule of a dictator.
That is why we are having our Rally at 11:00 at the Sawyer Building. Perhaps you would like to join us. I don’t predict it to be a flop. We are even going to have it advertised on TV and then the even might make the news also. Who knows.
Together - We can help change Nevada's NRS116 Laws
to make them more "HomeOwner-Friendly".You Must Be Kidding!
This is just a reminder about the Ethics class that will be taught by Michael Schulman and me on 1-25-11 at 9:00 a.m. called Beyond the Basics of Ethics. I have attached the flier for your use and hope to see many of you there. This is a new class CE.001480000 CAM General Credits. RSVP with CAI at info@cai-nevada.org There are not many people signed up to date and (if it was me) with the FBI investigations going on with arrests in the wings, I would want to have an ethics class under my belt to show that I was trying to keep up to date with "issues" in Nevada. http://www.hoasupport.com/nevadaupdate.htm%20
Dearest Eileen,
This is Robert Paisola
To make my job simple,

WHAT????????
Eileen, ignore him.And folks, do you see the "agenda" now?
This will be much easier than having ABC NEWS and Darcy talking to Millions of People on National Television.
You can save yourself a lot of time and serious embarrassment by assisting us to assist you.
This ismy last commentabout Robert Paisola. I am so DONE with him!
Re: [SCBuzz] "BUTT OUT of our business!!!!" (Re: Have you yet Realized Wrong You Were????)
BJ:
I will be happy to see you elected. Sounds as though you understand why
the Board can not continue on the same path.
Don
Mr. Michael Schulman:
Mr. Schulman, recently I sent you a direct email, that email related to the letter I and no doubt every SCSCAI resident received from you. The topic of your letter was the Board meeting change here in SCSCAI from February 4 to February 7, a situation that has placed various residents in a poor position, they having changed their appointments to meet February 4th, now to find out the meeting is on the 7th, whereby it could have been made part of the next scheduled Board meeting of the 15th, and there would both have been no delay, with the meeting noticed already.
By the way in your letter you addressed the fine integrity of the ACTING Board President LeVasseur, and no doubt to assist in her re-election bid, clearly praised LeVasseur's fine work, including as I say her fine integrity.
My simple answer to all that is - - - ARE YOU NUTS - - - , and representing SCSCAI as legal counsel, is not an open invitation to try to propel a candidate into a position, that clearly she does not deserve. Your motivation to expel on her integrity obvious has its reasons, possibly no more then to keep her in a position she does not deserve as far as the residents she has hurt, but with yourself as legal counsel, LeVasseur staying on the Board possibly has gains for legal counsel - - -and I say possibly!
Now again the LeVasseur fine integrity that you discussed in your letter, and I'll make it easy to understand, so you can easily see how integrity is the last word to use in describing LeVasseur in a position she clearly has not earned:
* Her previous failed attempt with the Age Restriction issue!
* She and three others in their takeover of SCSCAI, by removing the then
President, and placing LeVasseur in the Presidency!
* The new LeVasseur policy of secrecy, it proven by copies of emails of which I
have received in which LeVasseur and Cullen, another Board member, have
been exchanging emails behind the backs of the residents, behind the backs of
the other Board members, and quite comical, but also behind the back of even
yourself, legal counsel! The question I have is how can legal counsel fairly
relate to an issue, if the Board President in writing refers to hiding data from
legal counsel?
* Oh by the way, agree with LeVasseur or you may be fired, this what happened
with the SCSCAI Human Resource Director - - - another comical but serious
move by the King Maker LeVasseur!
Now Michael, LeVasseur seems to have her hands full with both the delay and the possible decision for a replacement Executive Director. Need I say whose name has been mentioned to replace Winkel, another who you may as with LeVasseur, relate to having fine ethics. Mr. Schulman, ethics is one thing, but during his near
seven years with SCSCAI losing millions, never can ethics alone overcome what the SCSCAI seniors have gone through with such financial losses.
I'll close this followup to my first letter, and again hope to see a response, a response to the terrible facts we all in SCSCAI have to date faced with LeVasseur as President.
With deep respect,
Robert Passmonick
(An 18 year SCSCAI resident, a 7 year past member of the SCSCAI Board, and a
35 year career in the HOA business.)

Robert Paisola, I am too upset to be polite, so I'm gonna say what I want to say, not as a representative of our community (yet) and not even as a candidate but as a very irritated unit owner: "BUTT OUT of our business!!!!"
You have no right to aggravate an already tense situation by suggesting protests, liens against each member of the Board, claims against the attorney's malpractice insurance, withholding our dues, etc. In my opinion (with no authority to make decisions for this chat line) what you are doing is NOT ok!
The information that I discovered on your blog via a Google search was of significant interest based on our current situation so I forwarded it to our Board of Directors for consideration. Whether this information turns out to be helpful in the Board's decision remains to be seen, but in my opinion your role in this matter (whatever it may have been) is over. (It sounds like some people are getting VERY NERVOUS)
: )
Buzz owners, I understand and appreciate your willingness to not censor posts and even allow an outsider to join, but I believe Robert Paisola is way out of line. I also believe he is using this situation to advance his own personal agenda. Therefore, although it may go against everything you stand for, I hope you will remove Robert Paisola from this chat line or at least monitor his posts.
Sincerely,
BJ Martens

BJ is trying to make lemonade out of lemons so lets help her. The issue raised
about our selection of Christine will not go away. There is plenty of smoke and
Ican guarantee you there is a fire. I hope when all of this is fully disclosed
you and many of the other prior supporters of the Board(s) will see the light.
Marilyn didn't get here on her own. It will take a house cleaning by the
election to even start to get SCSCAI on a reasonable path.
I will stay in the fight but I am not sure any homeowner can be expected to jump
into the mud. Without a clear majority for Steinman vs. Marilyn (we have legal
actions going on) that mud is going to get all Directors very dirty.
